ABOUT ACADEMY
Martial arts training is great for the whole family. Children learn discipline, respect and focus while training. These children tend to be better behaved and have better grades in school.
Our teen and adult martial arts program is designed to develop superb self-defense skills, while improving physical fitness, self-confidence, self control.
Martial arts Instruction
- Classes for adults, teens, and children (ages 3 and up)
- Class sizes up to approximately 25 students
- Private lessons available
- Training for beginner to advanced students
