1. Identify the positive about yourself.  Acknowledge what makes you so awesome and unique.
  2. Define success.  Set goals and work hard until you reach them.  Nothing feels better than that!
  3. Do the right thing!  Finish your homework on time, eat healthy, and practice your martial arts.
  4. Try not to compare yourself to others.  Instead, focus on yourself, your accomplishments, and your future goals.
  5. Forgive yourself.  Everyone makes mistakes and mistakes aren’t permanent.  Learn from them and move on.
