SET AND REACH YOUR GOALS

  1. SET GOALS THAT MOTIVATE YOU!  Remind yourself why your goals are important to you and you’ll be motivated to achieve them.
  2. MAKE SURE YOUR GOALS ARE SMART:  Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time Bound.
  3. WRITE THEM DOWN!  Writing down goals makes them real and tangible.  Use the phrase “I will”.
  4. MAKE A PLAN!  Come up with action steps you can take to make progress on your goals.
  5. EYES ON THE PRIZE.  Distractions are a part of life.  Deal with them, but never forget what you’re working towards.
