Chief Instructor at United Martial Arts Academy

Mr. Danny Pedroza’s journey in taekwondo began at the young age of 10, showcasing a passion and dedication to martial arts that continues to inspire his students today. By age 14, he was competing in major tournaments and claiming state championship titles for three consecutive years in both AAU and USAT competitions. At 15, his talent reached new heights as he earned the prestigious CUTA championship title and a spot on the CUTA team, giving him the opportunity to represent his skills on an international stage in Korea.

Mr. Pedroza’s exceptional leadership skills emerged early. At just 17, Grandmaster Robinson appointed him Chief Instructor at a martial arts school in Lodi, where he successfully led and trained students for four years. After a brief hiatus, his dedication to taekwondo was reignited during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. He played a pivotal role in revitalizing a school in Galt, California, driving its growth and success through his guidance and commitment.

In 2022, Mr. Pedroza’s excellence as an instructor earned him the UWTA Instructor of the Year award. That same year, one of his students received the Fighter of the Year title, and his school was honored as School of the Year. At the UWTA nationals, he coached three students to remarkable victories, including two gold medals, a silver medal, and a National Championship title. The following year, he brought five students to nationals, securing four golds, a silver, and another Fighter of the Year award for one of his students.

With a proven track record of success, Mr. Pedroza is passionate about instilling discipline, confidence, and excellence in his students. His leadership and achievements reflect his dedication to martial arts and his commitment to helping students reach their full potential both on and off the mat.
